Why would they allow a gay judge to ask that question? Of course he is going to score her a zero if she doesn’t have the same opinion on gay marriage as he does.

My thinking is that marriage is done in churches by ministers, pastors, priests. And a civil union is done by a judge in a court house or at the couples home or else where. Am I right?

My gf’s sister and her partner just got engaged recently, and they’re planning a wedding next year. We live in CA, and as you know, Prop 8 has passed and gay marriage is not legal. Yet, they’re still planning on getting married HERE on the sandy beaches of San Diego, so how would this work? Is it going to be legit with paperwork and such, I don’t understand how this will play out…

I’m real excited for them, I wish it were easier.
